Learn about wildlife biology and the art of forensics as we investigate a wildlife crime scene. After our introductory forensics training sessions, we’ll take our new knowledge and skills to the scene of the crime. Working in teams, we’ll review crime scene reports, conduct interviews of suspects and witnesses, analyze evidence, including animal horns and tracks, fingerprints, blood, hair and DNA evidence, and present our findings.

Note: This is an investigation simulation based on a real Colorado wildlife crime.
