Visit Dinosaur Ridge for a day of educational and fun activities! Geologsts and geophysicists will explain geological hazards. Expert guests will present various aspects of preparedness as part of FEMA’s National Prepardness Month. Various activities will include dinosaur bone digging, gold panning, fossil sifting, metal detecting and dinosaur track painting, as well as activities depending on the theme. Guides will also be stationed at the trail’s most significant interpretive sites for any questions.

Located at 16831 W. Alameda Pkwy, Morrison, CO 80465. Cost is free.
