Visit Dinosaur Ridge for a day of educational and fun activities! Activities include dinosaur bone digging, gold panning, fossil sifting, metal detecting and dinosaur track painting, as well as other activities depending on the theme. Check out reptiles displayed by the Denver Zoo, Reptile Rescue, and the Morrison Natural History Museum. Wild Wings will show live raptors, Rocky Mountain Bird Observatory will present raptor migration, and Wild Birds Unlimited will discuss feeding birds while broadcasting live on KNUS 710AM. Guides will also be stationed at the trail’s most significant interpretive sites for any questions.
