CU Science Discovery’s School and Teacher Programs work with universities, districts and organizations to develop world class programs and resources serving teachers and learners across Colorado. In the past we have collaborated with a diverse set of Colorado partners on a variety of projects including:

  • Working with North-West BOCES to deliver teacher development workshops serving 15 school districts
  • Providing resources and training for a STEM Enrichment program in the Boulder Valley School District
  • Developing a custom science content unit and teaching kit for St. Vrain Valley School District
  • Providing local teacher trainings and education resource kits for Trinidad State Junior College
  • Developing science and engineering teacher enrichment programs for the Roaring Fork School District

We would be happy to help you bring the resources of a world-class university to your community in one or more of the following ways:

  • Creating graduate level learning experiences and combining programs over a school year
  • Developing single and multi-day teacher enrichment programs or courses for schools and districts
  • Custom curriculum, unit, lesson planning and education kit and resource development
  • Combining School-Based STEM Workshops with custom teacher enrichment programs
  • Coordinating laboratory and facility experiences and tours on the CU Boulder Campus
  • Developing outreach programs and resources for camps, conferences, TAG and after-school programs
